Find the leaks
in your game.
HSMonk reviews the ranked games you've already played and tells you where you're losing, why, and what to practise next. It never plays for you. It just makes you the player who doesn't need help.

Unused mana, turns 4–6
Play your games. Train between them.
Install the tracker
A lightweight desktop app for Windows and macOS. It turns on Hearthstone's game log for you and reads it, the same file every deck tracker reads. Nothing else.
Play ranked
Queue Standard or Wild as usual. HSMonk stays out of the way during the match: no overlay nagging, no live advice. Your games upload when they end.
Get your coach report
Minutes after the game, open your report: the 3–5 moments where it turned, what you did, what else was on the table, and why it matters. Every week, a summary of your recurring leaks.
Not a stat sheet. A debrief.
Code checks the facts: mana spent, damage on board, what was in your hand. The AI explains them in plain language. When something can't be verified, the Coach says so and frames it as something to consider.

You kept a slow card against Aggro
You kept your 5-mana board clear and tossed a 2-drop. Against Aggro Hunter at Diamond, hands that keep the board clear win less often than hands that keep early minions.

Coach's noteAgainst Aggro, mulligan for turns 1–3. The clear is only good if you're still alive to cast it.
- 5Impact: MajorTurn 5 · TempoChecked by code
3 of 5 mana left unspent
You played a 2-drop and passed. A 3-mana minion in your hand fit alongside it. The opponent's board went unchallenged and they developed two more minions next turn.
Mana2 spent · 3 unspentCoach's noteBefore ending the turn, check whether any combination of cards spends all your mana.
- 8Impact: Game-decidingTurn 8 · LethalChecked by code
Missed lethal
The opponent was at 9 health with no Taunt. You had 7 damage on board and a 3-damage spell in hand. You traded your 4/4 into their 3/5 instead, and lost on turn 11.

Coach's noteAt the start of every turn from 6 onwards, count face damage first, then think about trades.
Illustrative example. Numbers are sample data.
Stat sites tell you what wins. HSMonk tells you why you lose.
Tier lists and winrates are useful, and we'll have them too. But a deck at 54% doesn't explain why you're at 46% with it.
A stat site says
“This deck wins 54% of the time at Diamond.”
HSMonk says
“You win 46% with it because you keep slow hands against Aggro and float mana on turns 4–6. Here's what to fix first.”
The why, not just the what
Your games compared with aggregated data for the same matchup and rank, explained in plain language.
Leak tracking over time
Your recurring mistakes, grouped by category and tracked week by week. Watch them shrink.
Puzzles from your own games
A position you misplayed comes back as an exercise: this board, this hand, what do you do? Like chess training, built from your own games.
Matchup briefings
Before you queue: what to keep, which cards to play around, and what the game plan is. Written like a coach would say it, not just a table.
Meta stats included: tier lists, matchups and mulligan data, shown with their confidence, and only once there are enough games behind them.
A coach, not a cheat.
HSMonk is built to make you better, not to play for you. We keep it strict:
The Coach only works with what you could see: your hand, the board, what was played. Never the opponent's hidden cards.
Post-game only
Analysis starts after the game ends. Nothing is shown to you during a match.
No in-game advice
No suggested moves, no live win probabilities, no hints while you're in the queue or on the board.
No automation
HSMonk never clicks, plays or queues for you. It doesn't touch the game client.
Reads only the log file
It reads the game's own log file, like every deck tracker. No memory reading, no modified client, no packet sniffing.
A new class. A blank meta. A head start.
When the Monk class arrives in March 2027, every ladder resets its assumptions. Nobody knows the matchups yet and everyone is looking for lists. We want the HSMonk beta in players' hands before then, so you learn the new meta from your own games, not from week-old guesses.
Beta access for the waitlist, ahead of the launch
Coach reports on your first Monk games, and on how you play against Monk
Community lists and early winrates, with the confidence shown, since early data is thin for everyone
The name is a nod to the launch. The coach covers all classes, in Standard and Wild.
Get into the closed beta.
We'll invite players in waves before the Monk launch. Tell us a bit about how you play so we can fill each wave with a good mix of ranks and formats.
Questions
Is it allowed? Can I get banned for using it?
HSMonk works like the deck trackers players have used for years: it reads the log file Hearthstone writes to your disk. It never reads game memory, modifies the client, automates input or gives advice during a match. All analysis happens after the game is over.
Does it tell me what to play during the game?
No, by design. There's no live advice and no suggested moves while you play. You get a report after the game and a briefing before you queue, the same way a human coach would review your replays.
Which modes are supported?
Ranked Standard and Ranked Wild. Casual, Arena, Battlegrounds, Twist and Tavern Brawl are out of scope for now.
Which platforms?
Windows and macOS, the two platforms Hearthstone runs on for desktop. The tracker is a small standalone app, not a platform you need to install first.
Can I keep using my current deck tracker?
That's the plan. HSMonk reads the log file on its own, so it's designed to run alongside other trackers.
How do I know the AI isn't making things up?
The facts come from code, not from the AI: mana spent, damage available, cards in hand. The AI's job is to explain them and set priorities. Anything that can't be verified is labelled as a suggestion, not a verdict.
How much will it cost?
The closed beta is free. After launch there will be a free tier with meta stats, personal stats and a few coach reports a month, plus a Premium plan for unlimited reports. Pricing isn't final yet.
What happens to my data?
Your games are used to build your reports. They're only included in aggregated, anonymous meta stats if you agree to it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See the privacy notice for details.
When does the beta start?
We're aiming to open the closed beta to the waitlist before the Monk class launches in March 2027, in waves.
