Install the tracker
A small app for macOS and Windows. It switches on Hearthstone's game log, reads your finished ranked games and uploads them for review. It never touches the game client.
Setup in three steps
Install
Download the app for your system and open it. It sits in the menu bar / system tray.
Link with a code
The app shows a short code and opens this site. Log in, check the code matches and press “Link this device”.
Restart Hearthstone once
The app turns on Hearthstone's logging, which takes effect the next time the game starts. After that, just play ranked.
Before uploading, the app removes your opponent's name and account id from the log. Only ranked Standard and Wild games are sent.
Beta build: first launch
During the beta the app isn't signed yet, so your system will warn you the first time you open it. That's expected.
- macOS: open the .dmg and drag HSMonk into Applications. Open it once: macOS will block it. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and press “Open Anyway”, then confirm.
- Windows: run the installer. If SmartScreen says “Windows protected your PC”, press “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
- Updates are automatic: once installed, the app downloads and installs new versions by itself.
- Already played this season? On first launch the app also uploads the ranked games still in Hearthstone's own logs (the game keeps its last few sessions).
